The Cabin is Set On 5 Acres of Land. Retreat to the Country With Modern Comfort. There Are Two Bedrooms; One Room Has One Queen Sized Bed and the Other Has Two Twin Beds. a Full Kitchen With Dining Area Provides All the Space You Need to Stock Food and Prepare Meals. the Living Room Has a Gas Operated Fireplace Surrounded by Comfortable Seating. There is a Tv and Dvd Player in the Living Room, satellite TV and internet . The Basement Has an Air HickeyTable, Dart Board, game table and games. The Front Porch Has Rocking Chairs to Sit and Enjoy the Scenery and Look at the Hills and Wildlife. the Back of the Cabin Has an All Season Room Heading Out Onto the Back Deck and Hot Tub Area.
outdoors is a Large Yard for Entertainment - Football, Whiffle Ball, Soccer, Etc.. There is an Outdoor Charcoal Grill and a Fire Pit. Across the Road is More Land and Access to the Creek.
LOCATION: Rexville, NY is south of Rochester and Buffalo close to the Pennsylvania border. About 20 miles south of Hornell, NY and 20 miles east of Wellsville, NY.

Relax and enjoy

This was the perfect cabin for our family of 4. We couldnt have asked for a better spot, easy to find. The cabin had everything we needed, made my husbands trip to see a coffee pot and a kerguri. We even got to play in the creek.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect setting to relax and enjoy the mountains. Great place to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Spending time with her at this cabin was awesome. The grounds and cabin are pristine.

Memorial Day Memories

This wonderful cabin is one of the best places we’ve had the opportunity to stay at! It was spotless upon our arrival. Everything worked perfectly. We had a great three night weekend. The Country Store just 2 miles south was a welcome treat with great food and friendly staff.

Beautiful place this is our second time here and will book again. Very quiet. Saw deer a few times in yard and field across road. Creek is very relaxing, and love the fire pit.House is one of the best and cleanest one we have been in. We did not use hot tub this time which we regret

Great Rental

We frequently use VRBO for rentals. This rental was by far the best we have had. Location to many hiking locations was great. Coming back to a hot tub was a hit. Thank you for having us.

Great place to get away

The cabin is a great place to get getaway. Everything is there to cook any meal you want, the hot tub is awesome and its only 30 minutes away from the store. Will be renting again

The perfect Cabin

For what we wanted a base camp travel to and from and return to the most relaxing place with our own hot tub fire and barbecue pit it’s what you should you deserve as well. Great responsive host Dan. No worries just enjoy

Great relaxation trip

My husband and I came for a few days to relax and unwind and this place was absolutely perfect for it. Read a book by the fire and relaxed in the hot tub. Cant wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay for our 25th Anniversary. The cabin is very well maintained and comfortable and the area has lots to do for couples who enjoy hiking and wine!

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin is so beautiful, cozy, immaculate and overall awesome. The pictures don't do it any justice. The fireplace was my favorite part. I also enjoyed sitting by the firepit and the front porch while drinking our coffee and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. The check-in and out process was easy. The instructions as to what is expected of you as the guess is easy to understand and not trouble at all.
