I gave communication an average score because I was very disappointed that a week prior to check-in they sent me an email to say they were bumping us from our 1 bedroom apartment to a studio because of overbooking. I had booked it 8 months prior. After communications, we got our 1 bedroom apartment. It was disaapointing to have to have those communications. Once there, it was fantastic .. location brilliant, quiet, friendly staff - Mo and Iva on the desk were great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... after a shaky start! Would highly recommend.

Would stay here again. Has lift facilities which is great, although depending which apartment you have, there are stairs. Apartments on 6th floor need to have the doors to balcony fixed as the only way to open and shut is bang them which vibrates the apartment next door. Very annoying especially if it is late at night. Blinds need to be fixed in apartment 12 to work, however curtains were fine. Apart from those minor things the property is great and staff very helpful. Would thoughly recommend this property.
